I received an email...

I received an email from Apple saying I ordered some app for $399.99. I made no such purchase. There was a lnk stating "itunes cancellation form" to use if you didn't authorize the purchase. I clicked on the link and got some obscure notice that had nothing to do with Apple or a cancellation. I want this unauthorized purchase removed from my account immediately. How do I do that?

No..just you. Who do I contact?

Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?

No

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

None. Don't know how to do that.

That sounds like SCAM email. There are so many SCAMS there. Please don't open any links from that email and provide any informations like user name, password, credit card details etc

Just delete that email. If you already given your Apple ID and password, then you should reset the password ***** here --> http://iforgot.apple.com/

Also, check the bank account for the charge. If you see it there, then you should cal the bank and report fraud.

If you don't see it, then reset your Apple ID's password ***** the above link I sent you.
