Don't really remember

Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?

Any time we want to make a purchase on any games it stated Apple ID disabled

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

Don't know what to do...not computer savvy

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?

No...I had credits from iTunes for incorrect billing and that is when my Apple ID was disabled
