Every time I have to log into my Apple iTunes, or Apple

Every time I have...

Every time I have to log into my Apple iTunes, or Apple iCloud, or Apple Account using my Apple ID I have trouble! I have written down 5 or 6 different passwords specific to each of these logins and they are never recognized. Apple is so confusing. All I want to do is cancel the monthly purchase of Ringtones. Can you help me?

Technician's Assistant: When did you last reset your Apple ID or password?

Just within the last hour of trying to log into whatever account Apple routes me to.

No thanks. This is too confusing. All I need to do is talk to someone at Apple about a charge on my credit card. I have no idea how I was routed to just answer.
