Technician's Assistant: When did you last reset your Apple ID or password?

If memory serve me well, I have never installed it.

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

Nothing, just to try using other Passwords

I AM CONFUSE WITH aPPLE id AND MY PERSONEL EMAIL ADDRESS WHICH ARE THE SAME. SOME TIME yAHOO NEED TO CHANGE THE PASSWORD
