My Belkin Utlimate keyboard will no longer pair with my iPad Air

Technician's Assistant: What Operating System (OS) are you running on your iPad?

I forget where to see which version. Is it under general?

Technician's Assistant: When did you purchase your iPad? What troubleshooting have you tried?

A couple of years ago. It is an iPad Air 2 and I have all the latest OS upgrades. The keyboard was working fine. Occasionally it won't connect and I ultimately have to remove it from the Bluetooth list and re-pair. I tried it this time but it didint' work so I removed it from the list, cleared the 2 Bluetooth memory slots on the keyboard and rebooted the iPad. Still can't get it to pair. The blue light on the keypad flashes when I select the Bluetooth key but no pairing message comes up on the iPad screen.

I was able to resolve it late last night. Cleared the memory on the Belkin while the iPad was off, rebooted the iPad, then connected the Belkin to my phone to make sure the Belkin could connect, then I was able to pair with the iPad.
