On my MacBook Pro I am told that you are unable to verify my account name or password ***** my email address is***@******.*** - the apple support technician said I need to ask you about my incoming mail server "imap-mail.outlooik.com" and outgoing mail server: "smtp-mail.outlook.com"

Technician's Assistant: Just to clarify, what's the model of your Mac, and what operating system are you running?

MacBook Pro 13 inch - safari

Technician's Assistant: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Usually on my computer - so I guess a web b browser

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?
