There is a kindle version of a book I want to purchase and I want to get a copy of it on my MacBookAir and my new iPhone 7. How do I do that?
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you running?
Customer: Ummm let me check. I guess you are referring to the Mac Book Air?
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Mac OS Sierra 10.12.3
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: none. I just don't know how to do it.
