I'm having trouble resetting the id. I have an id for the phone but it won't let me use it, because it's already in use. It's my original id. I actually have 2 id's. can I reset and start over?
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you running?
Customer: iOS
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I can't. It's sending the code to an id that doesn't exist(*****@******.***). I want to reset to (*****@******.***). This is on my phone in case you need that information.

Customer: just internet search.
