I cannot reset my password ***** exchange and cannot send or receive emails.
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: Don't remember but I tried to copy my password ***** settings on my exchange account.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: My phone and iPad notifies me when upgrades are available.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Went into settings and followed instructions as directed online.

Customer: I was wondering why does password ***** occur on mailbox and exchange account? Do I need the exchange account?

Who administers your exchange email account, your workplace ? Or do you pay for an email account to be hosted through godaddy or your website host?

Also, are any devices currently able to log in or check mail using your exchange email account?
