Hello. I'm becaming crazy with that bug. MacOS 10.11.6 el Capitan

Technician's Assistant: When did you purchase your Apple device? What troubleshooting have you tried?

Apple Mail 9.3

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?

I've tried deleting all the /Users/Library/preferences/Mail/V3 folder and deleting the mail preferences files, without success.

MacOS X 10;11.6 "El Capitan" "clean install"
Dialog box after EVERY Apple Mail (9.3) startup with this text:
Outbox renamed Mail found an existing mailbox named Outbox; this mailbox is reserved for Mail. Your mailbox has been renamed to "Delivered 3"
And a new mailbox is created "On my Mac" with the name "Delivered x" at every startup of Mail.

What i've tried without success:
- Deleting mail prefs
- Deleting mail Folder V3
- Deleting account and recreate it (in Mail and in Prefpane accounts)
- Correcting permissions and repairing disk (internal SSD is OK)
- Rebooting after every manipulation

The problem is not the creation of the folder but the blocking message box at every startup of Mail, impeding Mail to receive events from other apps (FileMaker Pro in my case) to create and send mails.
------
I'm absolutely sure that you can't fix this strange bug and i've lost 30 € (your company is probably a robbery)

Dans la liste de ce que vous avez fait il y a une chose que vous n'avez pas faites...

Essayez de sortir le dossier Mail du dossier Application Support qui est dans votre dossier bibliothèque de votre profil utilisateur.

Pour y accéder vous devez appuyez sur Alt pendant que vous cliquez sur le menu aller dans la bar des menu du Finder. Relancer ensuite Mail...

Si le problème persiste je vous propose faire une intervention à distance sur votre Mac pendant que nous sommes au telephone afin de voir ça de plus prêt.

Et si le problème est réglé par cette manipulation je vous prierais de me noter 5 stars afin que je puisse etre payé pour ma réponse.

Bonjour.
Je ne vous oublie pas mais c'est un peu compliqué car je dois récupérer ce mac qui est sur un site de production et fait office se serveur et dont le débit ADSL est très lent, ce qui ne permettra pas une prise en main à distance fluide.
Pourriez vous m'indiquer votre heure de disponibilité demain vendredi soir ou samedi matin afin que j'aille chercher ce mac pour le connecter à une connexion adsl assez rapide et qu'on règle ça ensemble svp ?
