First, it won't recognize my phone service and second, I'm trying to reset to see if that will help and it won't recognize my password.
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: Maybe a year ago.
JA: What's the model and Operating System (OS) of your device?
Customer: I'm looking for that info
JA: When did you purchase your Apple device? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: It's old.the first thing I was going to try was to reset.
JA: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?

Go to settings, general, reset, reset all settings

You will have to do a full reset then, this will remove all data from the unit and return it to new, but without the code you cannot avoid this.

To do this

Connect the iPad to the computer and open itunes

Hold the power and home button down until you see

"iTunes has detected an iPad in recovery mode..."

Click Restore iPAd, let this complete and it should now work
