i am inquiring about a e mail i received from***@******.*** stating my apple id was signed on i phone 7 plus to make a purchase
JA: When did you last reset your Apple ID or password?
Customer: it has been a long time
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: my virus protection installs any updates
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: none i just need to know how to i have a name and location of the phone when they ordered from i-tunes
