No Backups for 50 days.Try to connect on a Lacie Shark 500 GB.
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you running?
Customer: Sierra 10.12.6
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: yes
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: have no technical ability not a clue what to do other then buy and other back up system
JA: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: bringing up downloads from desktop have to go through google instead of just connecting to it. This is new and a pain
