when I move the cursor, it activates, or highlights areas I do not want. Need to click on my interest, often will, sometimes not. and my scroll up arrow does not work.
JA: What's the model and Operating System (OS) of your device?
Customer: OSX yusemit 10.10.5 Macbook air 2011 rebuilt 2015
JA: When did you purchase your Macbook air? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: 2015. tried various fixes, but not very competent!
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Just tried to highlight and cope the spec. But can't. Sorry.
