When I move the...

When I move the cursor, it activates, or highlights areas I do not want. Need to click on my interest, often will, sometimes not. and my scroll up arrow does not work.

2015. tried various fixes, but not very competent!

Kamil, if you are available, I think, and hope I have a decent connection. It has been very poor every time I've tried; hope will be OK. I'll watch to see wifi does not drop out.
