I need to change my Apple ID and my iCloud Id . How do I do this?
JA: When did you last reset your Apple ID or password?
Customer: Some time ago . I can't remember
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I tried but I am not sure it worked
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I went to settings and the iCloud still has my old address on it. Also the iTunes Apple ID is the old I'd.

To change your apple id:

  1. Go to appleid.apple.com, click Manage Your Apple ID, and sign in with your Apple ID.
  2. Click edit to the right of your email address under the section called Apple ID and Primary Email Address.
  3. Enter your new Apple ID email address.
  4. Click Save.

Once you change your apple id, on your iOS device go to settings.

You will need to update your email for bothe the iCloud if using it and the iTunes & App Store.
