I received a message from Apple (Europe) indicating that I had purchased a playstation. I did not make a purchase ; then I tried to cancel it but could not. What do I do next?

Technician's Assistant: What kind of Apple device do you have? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your iPad? What have you tried so far?

It just started today. I just tried to cancel the order and could not.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?

They said I had a paypal account which I do not have. I will contact my credit card companies if necessary.
