I have been locked out of my dinasour iPad because I am having trouble with remembering my information.
JA: When did you last change your password ***** Apple ID?
Customer: Oh my...... Maybe 6 months ago or more
JA: Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool?
Customer: It ask's for a password, that's if I'm in the right place.
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Can I just start fresh with the same ID on my pad
