Customer Question

I cannot load any of my books. I have already rebooted, recharged, and updated my iPad.
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you running?
Customer: Updated to iOS 10.3.3
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: That update was about a week ago maybe longer. Did not have any issues with reading my books after update done. This just occurred 2 days ago.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Again, I rebooted and have charged my device.
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: The book cover will download but then gets stuck it seems in a loop when trying to bring up the content.
