My iPad will not work. Message: Could Not Activate iPad. How do I get it started?
JA: When did you last change your password ***** Apple ID?
Customer: Probably a month ago
JA: Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool?
Customer: No. When I enter activate, it takes me back to the first screen. Cannot get into the device to do anything.
