My son has given me his iPhone 6. But he had broken the screen and had a replacement, not by Apple. Can I go to my Apple Store and get a proper screen fitted?

Technician's Assistant: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you running?

Up to date.

Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?

I am not sure, just got the [hone, loaded it up from the cloud and seems all good. Nusing my iPhone 5 at present as 6 screen dodgy.

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

The screen not responding correctly, needs a proper Apple One!!
