Hi there. I am trying to find my Download Folder that used to be in the Dock at the bottom of my screen. It has disappeared and now I only have the Preview Folder. Please advise.
JA: What's the model and Operating System (OS) of your device?
Customer: MacBook Air 2017
JA: When did you purchase your MacBook Air? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: January 2017. I haven't tried troubleshooting. Am not so clued up about computers really.

Hi there and welcome

Can you please Finder, then click on Go, All Files.

Under the favorite list. Right Click (Or hold CMD and click if you only have one mouse button) on the Download Folder Add to Doc option will be there.
