Mi old iPad is locked and I am unable to unlock, because either the I'd or the passw, are wrong
JA: When did you last change your password ***** Apple ID?
Customer: It's quite a while ago maybe two years!
JA: Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool?
Customer: What is that? I am not very competent technically but my technician couldn't help either nor the local apple stores
