I am not being given the option on blackberry link to switch devices when I plug the new device in
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: Passport
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: It has being going on for two days.I removed the sim card and put it back. I don't get the switch device option on the home page
JA: Anything else you want the smartphone expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No all I want is to transfer my contacts pictures etc. which are backed up
