I have a itunes card that I purchased and the person says it isn't good
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you running?
Customer: Hell I don't know
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Look I bought 3 $100.00 cards, sent them to people, one of the cards was rejected, WHY??????, I've been fighting this for 2 days
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: My fingures are getting tired, I broke my back on July 18th 2017, and I don't feel good, can I talk to someone on the phone????
