I have an old iPhone 5, my husband has been using the phone

Customer Question

I have an old iPhone 5, my husband has been using the phone just for a phone that I can call him on in case of an emergency. We took the password ***** of it. Today, I tried to unlock it and it wants a password, I tried the old one, but it does not recognize it and I have been locked out of the phone. It said to connect to iTunes, so I did this, but iTunes says "To allow access, please respond on your iPhone" how do I respond??
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: maybe two to three months ago - we actually went into settings and made it so that my husband did not have to enter a password?
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Just plugging it into itunes
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I don't have a Mac

Dustin, I tried to logout without a fee when I saw that I had to subscribe for $40.00 per month

I have to pay $35.00 and $39.00

You do not have to subscribe. If you did subscribe, i can send you the link to cancel that subscription.

Now, do you want to proceed with paid help, knowing that if I cant help you solve the issue you will be entitled to a full refund?

Or do you want to cancel altogether?
