my ipad tellsl me its locked; but I can't get to the mailbox for***@******.***, and if I try to use security questions it says my birthday is ***** (a genius supposedly corrected my birthday error, but it still gives me an error message.

Customer: just tried to change password, on the ipad, then on my laptop

my suggestion would be to use a PC or Mac to do a factory reset of the ipad using itunes
