This has happened as of yesterday. Normally I log in to work

This has happened as of yesterday. Normally I log in to work using a Citrix receiver which opens my virtual workspace.
As of 2 days ago (7 Jul 17), Safari will not engage the Citrix receiver. The log in page just loops over and over
I can log in fine using Chrome and connect to work (workaround - not my preference)
Steps I have tried:
1. Un-installed and re installed the latest version of Citrix receiver
2. Cleared the Safari cache using the Develop menu
3. Cleared history
4. Deleted the following folders from Library:
a. com.apple.safari
b. com.apple.safaridavclient
c. Last session plist
d. Saved Application State
5. Cleared the website data from Safari Preferences
And yes - when I switch to Guest account, it works fine in Safari
I think it is a Certificate issue somewhere - (my best guess from reading this and other troubleshooting at Citrix) but that is the extent of my expertise
My machine: Early 2015 MBP
OS: MacOS Sierra 10.12.5
Safari Extensions: None
Safari plug-ins: None (at least that I can find using ⌘,)

30 and 39 to my understanding. My going rate outside of just answer is $100 dollars and hour minimum of 1 hour so this is actually a good deal. Because there is not an hourly rate.
