after the most recent update done to my apple iphone 6 (MEID: 35542407006848) i have beeen locked out of the phone. I cannot use the passcode (if I have one) as I am on holiday a long way from home and in hard copy, the codes are at home; electronic copies are on the phone!

Customer: about 2 years
