I downloaded all my photos from my iPone 7+ onto a flash

Customer Question

I downloaded all my photos from my iPone 7+ onto a flash drive and imported them from the flash drive to picasa. The .mov files which are the kind of instant very short movies that the phone takes when you click ( like a 3 sec. movie) are shown as a blank square in picasa. When I click on them all I get is sound and no picture. What gives?

Is the 39 in addition to the 40 in addition to the 5 deposit?

You could try Google Photos instead, it might have any missing codec that Picases does not have for the clips.
