Bluetooth Setup Assistant has a spinning wheel bottom right. Can't log into my computer and option command esc does not bring up force quit.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: iMac and it's the latest IOS (?)
JA: What Operating System (OS) are you running on your iMac?
Customer: whatever is the latest. Can't see anything as "Bluetooth Keyboard Setup" won't let me enter my log in
JA: When did you purchase your iMac? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: About 1.5 years ago. Tried all 6 force quit methods
