Hi Mike, I have been trying for quite some time now to retrieve my password ***** I have forgotten and I keep having to go throught the whole process and it tells me they will contact me when done. this is a couple of weeks or more now. Why can I not just reset my password ***** all is done. I can not get into icloud
either because of this. Help I am very frustrated.

Customer: I do not remember? I thought recently on my ipad, but for some reason my ipad required a different password ***** my Mac???
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: on my ipads.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I havae gone into the site numerous times to retain my apple id or password ***** now they locked me out??? They never reply back that they have done it.
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No I just want to be able to reset my password ***** my apple id. my Id I thought was***@******.***
