JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your laptop, and what operating system are you running?

Customer: I DON'T BELIEVE SO NOT SURE HOW
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?

Is your ipod signed in with the same apple id and password ***** the one you use in itunes on your Dell computer?

You can go to settings>itunes & app store and make sure your sign in at this location. Also, underneath this area you can make sure "music" is turned to "on"

If that does not work, try and sign out and sign in with your apple id and password ***** the same spot (settings>itunes & app store)
