I cannot do my apple updates as my apple id has been disabled.
JA: When did you last reset your Apple ID or password?
Customer: I tried to reset it about 3 months ago and I didn't do it correctly so just left it and then tried today and it told me it was disabled.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
