there has been an activation lock put on my granddaughters ipad
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you running?
Customer: ??????
JA: What confuses you?
Customer: safari but we cannot access anything not even the setting page
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: not sure she is special needs and not sure what she did could you please give her a temp password ***** we can reactivate
