My iMac starts; I see the logo and a blank boot-up bar underneath. Then it shuts off.
JA: What Operating System (OS) are you running on your iMac?
Customer: It's pretty old, snow leopard?
JA: When did you purchase your iMac? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: It's about 5 years old. I tried zapping the PRAM, starting in Safe Mode, verbose mode. Pretty much what I looked up on internet
