The latest version of Firefox seems to have a problem communicating with my online banking site. If I use Safari or Google chrome there is no issue
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: Mac
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I always update firefox and thunderbird every week. I then update any advices from Apple
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Yes I have never repeat never had a Firefox issue before

To remote connect please do the following on your computer:

  1. Go to: https://get.teamviewer.com/jonjatech
  2. Wait for the file to download
  3. Open the downloaded file
  4. Double click the team viewer icon to connect

I was going to say that sometimes browsers do this as I use all three you have mentioned as well just for this purpose. However, this does not mean that one is better than the other its just that sometimes they read specific websites differently at times. I was thinking maybe the bank website uses the "https" within the address instead of the regular "http".
