Can you please clarify the problem?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
We have a Kodi box for movies, we had the internet updated and a new router. The Kodi box lost files. It was eraser and updated. It is showing double movies.
Expert:  Pete replied 5 months ago.

Ok, if the Kodi box lost files somehow then they cannot be recovered.

If it is showing double movies then you should try a further reset and update for the box.
