JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you running?
Customer: Windows 7 outlook express
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: First I was recommended to reinstall I-tunes, but that did not help.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Cannot open I-tunes due to crash
