I let someone using my password ***** National support solutions take over my MacBook pro for service and charging me money after. What can I do now
JA: Just to clarify, how old is your MacBook Pro and what operating system are you running?
Customer: I am a novice , but I bought it at the most two years ago with sierra on it updated
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: The person updated evrything
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: None. I changed my passcode to sign in. I changed my apple ID, I do online banking and I deleted the erase ? program they installed
