I want to change my Apple ID and password.
JA: When did you last reset your Apple ID or password?
Customer: i haven't.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: yes. I tried to unlock my Apple ID. It appears that I have two ID's and I want to keep [email protected] Can I do that?
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?

Customer: I have answered the security several but apparently I get one or both questions wrong so I need to change that too

When you go there, and enter your name and email, it should say "Apple ID Found!". Do you get that message?
