My iPhoto program will not work, it is constantly updating. what can i do to fix it?
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: Yosemite 10.10.5 (14F2009)
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: All updates fixed except Sierra and Garage Band
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: none yet
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I-tunes is also giving me the same trouble.

Just so I understand correctly, every time you try and open iphoto it will not open or can't be used because it always wants to update correct? Do you get to run the update and/or complete it and then when you think it is done it just pops back up again saying to update?

I can always remote in as you can show me exactly what happens but only if needed. Let me know
