Couldn't lo into iMessage or FaceTime, only login item at startup in Chrome, Confirmed time and settings were correct, another user was able to sign into FaceTime with their ApplID on the iMac, and it worked fine, was able to sign into iCloud.com and appleid.apple.com with the Apple ID credentials***@******.***. Turned off Application and Connection with Norton Security and still couldn't sign intoiMessage or FaceTime,confirmed that serial number of iMac is viable inSystem information, movedNetworkinterface.plist from Library/SystemConfiguration/ to a back up folder and rebooted.
