I paid $199.99 to MozyPro yesterday to get my Firefox back and all he did was get me to my email but I've lost my Firefox history, bookmarks, etc.
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: Google
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I don't know how to trouble shoot; I lost my Firefox when I tried to get my email type larger and fooled around and lost it all before I got in touch with Mozypro and their $200 nonfix.
