Nano, five years old, has gone crazy. doesn't respond to touch commmands and chas in chinese. YOur eb site required Can't has become pissed

Customer: Let me clarify it is a NANO I am concerned about it has gone crazy, doesn't respond to touch commands and chats in Chinese. Your website requires a serial number there is no serial number on this NANO.
