I was just informed from Apple that I had ordered an iPhone 7 case which I did not order from the UK. What should I do?

i think that you need some more information

where was it billed ? are you expected to pay for it? and if it went against your billing somewhere, how did that happen?

it might be as simple as a bad email going out or even you accidentally clicking the wrong button somewhere

But if somebody has your password ***** your credit card information that is a more serious problem.

as they say in the police movies. follow the money. the first thing to find out is if you were billed and how.
