my friend is moving in with me so she needs the number for my Wi-Fi. We work with some technicians all day yesterday and even had to have a service person come out and I guess they got it fixed but we still don't have a new phone number for the Wi-Fi so I we took the one off of the back of the modem and that didn't work so I need help getting a new when I guess

Customer: maybe about oh dear poor four weeks ago
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I talked to several people yesterday technicians and everything and they couldn't help me and so they sent a gentleman out to do some wiring out here and that when he left wing actually I forgot to ask him for a new number so I'm calling you to see if you can help me
