JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: It is a Mac !os running through Bell sympatico.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I checked and there are nop updates.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I am nervous about trouble-shooting.
