JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: Suddenly the memory went down from 85% to 1%, while I was using it. In settings general there is no name and the wifi is not connected. It will not charge.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Only the ones that have come up on the screen
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Can't seem to do anything with it.
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?
