JA: What's the model and Operating System (OS) of your device?

JA: When did you purchase your powerbook? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Mac store SF. Ive tried all kinds of Avast security Bitdefender ect... I wiped the laptop a bunch of times now and its only 4 months old.never had issues like this. not sure if its a file causing problem but also I seem to get a weird version of sierra

Customer: if my account has been corrupted how is this fixed? is it possible it has been spoofed?
