I had an update and after it finished somehow a lock was put on my phone, I can't get into it know
JA: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you runninng?
Customer: its an apple 5 or 6 an update came up automatically I just hit enter
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no. it happened automatically
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: my phone is asking for a password ***** get into it. I don't have one.
JA: Anything else you want the Mac expert to know before I connect you?

You won't be able to remote into my device, as that device is the phone I can no longer get into because some kind of update appeared, and now my phone is locked and I cannot open it up or use it. I am communicating with you via a laptop computer right now. My Apple IPhone, which is now asking me for a passcode is the device I am having problems with.
